Haven't used them for long but very quick delivery, nice packaging and comes with a qr code to scan on how to install which was fairly easy. Cushions are thicker and more comfortable than the OEM ones on the headset! Extremely satisfied with customer support as i also had ordered cushions for my 2nd headset but ordered the wrong ones and despite my immediate mail to support, the cushions were shipped but Lauren from support, despite the order being sent already, sent me the correct ones right away and i didn't even have to pay them or return the wrongly ordered ones as that would be too expensive for me! THAT's what i call customer centricity!!! A big thank you for the quick support and commercial gesture!
great durable earpads, took me about 5-10 minutes to get on.. other than that no complaints.
It's solid replacement for the original earpads.
Bought the 90's blue for my HyperX Cloud Alpha S because the original ones were tearing and showing their use and age. These are a perfect replacement. They're a pain to put on (but that's the design of the headphones, not Wicked Cushions' fault) but once on, they fit snuggly and are comfortable on my ears. Plus they're a fun tacky color (sure they don't match but it's not like I can see them when they're on my head, so who cares). Definitely using Wicked Cushions again in the future when I need other replacements.

Perfect fit for my old Steelseries Arctis 3s. The old ear cups were worn and falling off, but these were more than just a replacement, the wicked cups are more comfortable than the original cups ever were, cooler on the head too.

Love these! No more flaking off on my face from my old worn out headset ear pads. Day one they're a little firm but after a few hours of gaming they're nice and comfortable.

This is my third set of Wicked Cushions, and they never disappoint. The materials are high quality, as is the construction. They feel good where they make contact, and they wear well over time. This particular set has been comfortable to wear and does a great job of sound isolation. Installing them was straightforward, so I quickly got back to listening to my music.
It was super easy and straightforward to put the ear pads on my Arctis Pro Wireless headphones and there is a noticeable difference in a good way between the stock ear pads and the Wicked Cushion upgrades

Upgrade over factory cushions
Super soft and still look durable. I’m not gonna tell y’all they are a breeze to install. However, once mastered they are beautiful. Love to MMORPG using them regularly.
Fit great, feel fresh and clean on my ears
The new cups look excellent and seem to be made of durable materials. The install process was a little difficult at first but the instructions and videos made readily available were very useful. The second ear cup went in a lot easier after developing a good technique. The new ear cups are comfortable and do have a bigger ear opening. My only complaint is the loss of breathability. My stock ear cups definitely kept my ears cooler, but if these stand up to time they will have been massively worth it.

Amazing earpads super comfy
much more comfortable than stock. got these to replace the stock ones that started flaking and tearing. the thickness allows for less of the inner ear cups to touch my ears. very happy.
Bought this because the ones (were original) on my Marshall Monitor 2 were starting to flake. Obviously this are a bit big but they fit and are 10000% more comfortable than the original I had. Plus because how big and cushiony they are, the clamping force has been lessened but no issues with fit. 10/10 would recommend to a friend (in fact already have).

I got these for my old Hyper Cloud II headphones that I was considering replacing due to crumbling earpads, but had a friend tell me about this brand's ear cushions. They're not just as good as new now, they're much better than new! These earpads are far more comfortable than the ones the headphones came with, and just as advertised, they really do allow much more extended gaming sessions because they don't have the pressure points many ear pads do. 10/10 would buy again and am recommending to all my friends. This day and age it can be really hard to feel like you're getting your money's worth for many products, but these are honestly an amazing value

Excellent experience, great customer service, very good product! Had my headphones about a year before the earpads were destroyed by my toddler. Super happy it happened in hindsight, these were such and upgrade. Will purchase again for myself and family/friends.
They fit the headset well, nice look and materials. Very airy foam inside and they don't get hot. The only thing I don't like isn't the fault of the cushion, the way the headset mounts cushions makes it a bit of a pain to swap out.

Why is there no blue strip on the cooling gel earpads I received?
Our cooling gel earpads don’t physically have a blue strip. The blue strip shown in product pictures is just a visual representation of the cooling gel inside the earpads to help customers understand what’s inside.
Will replacing my stock ear pads with Wicked Cushions affect the sound quality of my headphones, especially in terms of bass or noise cancellation?
In some cases our earpads will cause a difference in noise cancellation or audio quality, however our customers have not expressed any concern over this generally. If you are unhappy with the change, please feel free to contact us.
