I love the fact that there are more holes for headband adjustments than on the original manufacturer supplied one but I have to knock off one star (half really, but that's not an option) as I find the silicone has a tendency to grip and pull hair a little. I didnt find this happens with the supplied leather one.

It is better than the standard leather strap but i still feel that there is a pressure point on the top of my head which the headset still lays heavely on unfortunatly.

Got this when my original headband wore out. Causes slightly more pressure on the top of my head, but I have been using headsets for years so I am sure I will adapt. It's less hot than the original and feels less sloppy.

Smooth ordering experience, clear communication with shipping info after ordering, fast delivery (even to me on the other side of the world from WC) & easy to install. I installed this headband along with the WC freeze replacement earpads with cooling gel foam. Even though these replacement pads are heavier, this band makes the headset feel lighter & more comfortable due to the better weight distribution. The material also feels more cool than the stock headband. The extra holes are handy as the WC replacement earpads are thicker than the stock earpads, leading to a different fit. Luckily this headband compensates for it perfectly and the holes also feel like they wear out less easily than the stock option. A great accessory to perfect the already superb Audeze Maxwell.

Ignore the 1-star review. Not sure what they’re talking about and not sure why they’re spamming 1-star reviews on each color of the same headband. I ordered this headband and immediately replaced the original one. The stock one that comes on the Maxwells has sizing holes that are already slightly worn/stretched after adjusting it and wearing it for just one gaming session. This one from Wicked Cushions does not have that problem whatsoever. Product fits great, tons of sizing options, super great quality, very soft silicone feel, and does not hurt your head at all. The stock headband is soft, yes, but this one is just as soft, if not softer. If you want further adjustability and you don’t want to have to worry about the stock headband wearing away, or if you want to keep the stock one in perfect condition for when you decide to sell your Maxwells years down the road, order this product, and order the cushions too. You won’t regret it. Five stars, no doubt.

I love the Wicked Cushions earpads for my Maxwell but I don't understand the point of this. I ordered from the product release email purely because of how happy I was with the earpads, but it seems worse than the stock headband in every single way except for more sizing options. It's heavier, less soft, and makes my head hurt. Save the money, keep the stock headband unless you managed to ruin it somehow, in which case look for a replacement elsewhere, because this thing is awful.
