At Wicked Cushions we believe every customer has the right to LOVE their new Earpads, so we offer an industry leading 365 day Guarantee. Our goal is to keep all our customers happy and in love with their Wicked Cushions.


See below for our full return and refund policy:

If there is any damage to your pads, we will replace them for free, no need to even return the product.

If the wrong product is purchased / sent , we will exchange for the correct product, or refund the Order(if returned).


For any issues caused by installation mistakes:

If within the US, we will ship the necessary products/replacement parts for free.

For international customers, we request to have shipping paid by the customer, however the replacement parts will be free of charge.



Refund Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will offer a full refund (excluding shipping) within 365 days of purchase.
