I just got these today. Put them on in less than a min and had to write a review. My old ear pads were making me sweat and washing them out just wasn't working any more. These fit perfectly, feel very comfortable and are cooling. They are also a bit thicker which is nice. Love them and will be purchasing another set in the future.

Amazing. Just what I wanted. However none of the cushions would completely fit my headset so I took the chaos route and bought some that could fit the most and superglued them on. They are very comfortable though 10/10.
Amazing! Headphones feel instantly cooler and now can comfortably be worn for hours. The original covers would hurt my ears after just an hour or two.

The cushions are the best! My ears don't sweat in them, I hear better and they are so confortable, it is clear they were made for gamers who play for hours. Loving these Wicked Cushions... They are so comfortable I wish I had got them on day 1 and tossed the OG ones in the bin, yes that's how happy I am with these. And yes they do actually make the headset sound better... Bass feels bigger I have turned the volume down. to top it off they look so much better than the OG ones. I dont know what Razzor were doing buit they didnt do the best they could. Thank you for making my headset feel like the $300 it cost me. WC for the W
Excelente product.
Although as described in the installation videos the old pads took quite a bit of force to pull out, apart from that the installation was very easy. the thicker foam now allows my ears not to touch the inner part of the headphones, making them so much more comfortable than the original. The cooling liquid is also immediately noticable when i first put them on, and i suspect that'll help a lot in summer. Great product, 100% recommend!
I love these pads. They feel great and are definitely cooling! Getting the original earpads off was a pain, but the new ones just snap into place and look great too!
These are great! Installation was super easy and they have thicker padding, which keeps my ears from hitting the driver grill. The noise isolation is better thanks to the squishy foam and greater clamping force. They stay on better too. The blacksharks get HOT, and the cooling foam really helps during long meetings. Thanks!!

I normally love these Wicked Cushions but the set I got for my Razer Blackshark V2 pros (Newest edition), don't seem to actually be "Cooling" just like the ones I have for my hyperX cloud 3s. Other than that still amazing, just kinda let down!
The original earcups were too shallow and so the edge of my ear was rubbing on the driver, these were definitely a remedy for that issue. I have only had them for one day, but ive been wearing them relatively comfortably for about 9 hours on and off. The cooling gel is nice but they definitely get warmer over time than the original because of the PU leather. The sizing for the ears is also slightly smaller than original it feels, it hasn't been a huge issue but my left ear has required me to adjust it a couple of times today. The material touching my skin is still very soft and non irritating (At least to me). Overall a 4/5 for me personally. Its a massive comfort increase over the original. To be 5/5 I personally would like a full fabric cup (Even if it meant no cooling gel) and a bigger ear cut out. I still highly reccommend them as an upgrade over original in my case.

The ear space is slightly smaller than the stock pads, they are deeper, but the slightly smaller diameter opening makes the seam of the inner/outer material rub against the ear which is very uncomfortable after a short time. I have used the arctis nova freeze pads in the past and they were amazing, but these razer blackshark 2023 freeze pads are over-all a disappointment. The build quality just isn't as good, the freeze gel layering seems to be thinner than in the past, so the cooling effect isn't as pronounced. The fabric also does not breathe as much as the stock pads, so heat buildup becomes more noticeable over time. They DO however offer significantly more sound isolation, which may or may not be desirable. I even had a replacement pair sent to me thinking the first set was defective, and while I still think they were, the improvement wasn't enough to really make me want to use them over the stock pads after trying them out for 2 weeks. Switching back to stock pads is an instant relief for my sore ears, just wish they had better padding. The lack of a pocket for the ear to go into, and the abrasive stitching makes these a no go for me. Maybe for someone with very small ears or even larger ears would be fine, setting on top of the ear is okay, just cramming it inside is not. Don't think I will bother with refunding, as I don't want to deal with shipping them back, but I wanted to at least try and give input on how to improve them for next time. 3/5, maybe try again after a re-design.
