Absolutely top tier service all around, not an overwhelming amount of emails, but still good solid communication, and absolute top tier guides for replacing the pads. 10/10 this is now where I go when I need pad replaced.
They're also very comfortable and I like the extra thickness. They go well around my ear and even my huge ears which point straight out don't rub against the headset itself.
Does get slightly warm after prolonged usage, just the same as my old pads, but these cool down fast and are insanely comfortable to put on when I myself am hot. Sound quality not disturbed at all.

Easily worth the $25 in my opinion. Compared to the factory pads for EPOS GSP 602 they are significantly better. I didn’t realize how good the cooling effect would be, they feel cool after about 5 minutes. The extra padding is more comfortable and they are large enough that they don’t sit on or squish my ears. Any one of these points is a large enough improvement to prevent me from even considering using the factory pads again. I hope to see these available for an even wider selection of headphones soon, like the sennheiser 600 and 800 series as well as others.

Ordered these on a whim because our Sennheisers keep falling to bits. They turned up very quickly and In really premium packaging!

Not as good as advertised. The main issue is that the inside part of the earpads (all around the ears) is made of plastic/fake leather. This makes them very hot while the part touching the skull is comfortable and with a cooling effect (only the first minutes). Not to mention that they are really much bigger than the original ones, but at least this was as advertised. Overall disappointing

Wow, just wow, everything about this purchase was fantastic, when I ordered, I received a text message inviting me to contact them if there was any problem. But there was no problem at all, I received my new headphone two days early, that was crazy fast shipping!! Great replacements. Much easier to get than OEM parts. The cooling gel is noticeable, and there is a little more cushion.
Only problem is that they slightly changed the acoustics of my headphones. However I imagine over time I will adjust and it will be nothing.

Great product overall.
Can tell right away that the material is superior to the original ones once installed and you try on your headset.
The cooling factor isn't as obvious as going from a normal shirt to an athletic one but the overall effect is noticeable I would say.
Quality of the fabric is also noticeable and will definitely endure quite some time with care.
