These earphones feel great. They stay nice and cool on my ears during gaming. I'm a glasses wearer, and they don't add any pressure to the ear compared to the base headset. On top of that they look great with the white arctis 5s along with the band

It's the first time in my life I've actually decided to get new cushions instead of throwing away my beloved Artcis Nova. And I'm so glad I did. I first heard of Wicked Cushions on LTT quite some time ago, and when I finally started figuring out where I could get new cushions from, my memory kicked in and went full turbo. Found them again. I was hesitant at first, but then I threw the towel and said what the hell, let's try this. Best decision I've made about my headphones, hands down. The cushions themselves are excellent — proper build quality, they feel great, and my Nova basically got a second life out of it. Installation was dead simple, and the video walkthrough they made is genuinely one of the most helpful I've seen. No guesswork, no frustration, just follow along and you're done in a couple of minutes. But the thing that really made me a believer was the customer support. I completely messed up the delivery address at checkout and accidentally sent the package to Germany instead of Lithuania. Fully my fault, no excuses. I figured that was it, package gone, money gone, lesson learned. Instead, Wicked Cushions sorted it out without any fuss, no lecture, no hassle, and rerouted it straight to the correct address. They just fixed it. That's it. That's not normal these days. Most companies would have shrugged and told me it was my problem. These guys went out of their way for someone who made a dumb mistake, and they did it fast. From the product to the install to the support, every single part of this was top notch. It’s truly night and day compared to the stock pads that come with the Nova. These ones are much more comfortable and don’t get hot as much as the stock one because of the cooling feature. I’m super happy with this and I am sure it’s a MUST for those who use this headphones for hours and hours.

Thanks to these "FreeZe" pads, my Nova Pro cans no longer have to be perma-cranked to 11, as precious noise no longer leaks out from the worn-out naked factory foam (RIP.) These things ARE thick and dense--like my skull--so I do suggest tweaking your EQ presets to compensate. The Bass is STRONG with this one... (PS: The cooling gel is not a gimmick, and only needs an occasional breather to vent the heat buildup.)

Super comfortable feels nice on the ears
Awesome replacement for my worn-out original pads. The WC FreeZe are thicker and more isolating, so expect the lows to be more pronounced than with the OEM pleather cups. I'd forgotten how good my high-mileage Nova Pros could sound, so I snagged these and the matching silicone head strap, and it's like a an entirely new set. Will definitely recommend WC to anyone in the market for an upgrade (or revival.)

I bought Wicked cushions for my previous headset and they were a big upgrade. With this headset the earpads were already decent so I was hesitant...but I'm so glad I went for it. There's something about wicked cushions that just make headsets with soft/suspended headbands so much more comfortable. Soft, but with the right amount of firmness. Brilliant with glasses. Good seal but not hot. Really cannot fault them.
These ear pads are so much more comfortable than the stock ear pads that came with my Arctis Nova 5 headphones!
They may be slightly larger than the default earpads that come with my headset, but they are much more comfortable and cooling to my ears. Awesome design and looks great.
These weren't just a replacement but an upgrade to the OEM cuffs that came with my Nova 7s. They are comfortable, have better noise isolation and the cooling gel seems to stay pretty cool. I don't notice them getting warm during long play sessions or while listening to music for large portions of the day. I'll definitely get WC for some of our other headsets.

Why is there no blue strip on the cooling gel earpads I received?
Our cooling gel earpads don’t physically have a blue strip. The blue strip shown in product pictures is just a visual representation of the cooling gel inside the earpads to help customers understand what’s inside.
Will replacing my stock ear pads with Wicked Cushions affect the sound quality of my headphones, especially in terms of bass or noise cancellation?
In some cases our earpads will cause a difference in noise cancellation or audio quality, however our customers have not expressed any concern over this generally. If you are unhappy with the change, please feel free to contact us.
