I'm loving these cushions. They look like the original ones and after 2 weeks of usage I can tell they sound like the originals. I continue to check the noise, in particular the noise cancelling mode and if I find something that doesn't work I'll change my feedback

I originally posted a 3-star review out of frustration when the outermost liner of my cushions started peeling and flaking off during a trip, requiring me to peel the rest off manually while at the airport. However, after getting in touch with customer service, I am completely changing my rating to 5 stars. I had an amazing contact with Megan from their support team. Even though the cushions it seemed possibly could have been expired. She took care of the situation immediately. She was incredibly prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to issue a one-time courtesy replacement, which is already on its way. It is rare to find a company that shows this level of appreciation for its customers and stands so firmly behind the vibes and quality of their brand. Megan completely turned my experience around, and they have absolutely earned a customer for life!

Awesome pads!! I have noticed that with the deterioration of the original pads they became much softer and headphone drivers became too close to the ear, making the soundstage much narrower, these new ones finally placed the drivers at the proper distance, sounds awesome and wide ;)
Awesome. Now more sore ears from sleeping on the speaker! There's a small reduction in noise cancelling, but you can't really help that with a larger pad.

Coat is great
Installation was easy and they feel durable, although I've only had them for a few weeks at this point. Overall they are comfortable, but they are thicker and stiffer than the stock cushions, so they took a little bit of getting used to.
I was skeptical about buying but took the leap and absolutely love them, my previous pads had been giving my headaches and making me have to take breaks during long sessions at college; these completely changed my experience, theyre the comfiest things on the market and make the sound gorgeous. 100% worth it 👏

Pretty good cusions - my headphones feel almost like new, and not only in visuals - noize isolation is much better that it was with the original ones (I mean in it's poor state that is)
Great quality, this is my second pair. The old ones did start to tear after 2 years, but I guess that is expected after probably 5-6 hours of daily wear. Still very happy and will buy again when these break.

Sound quality is still great with these new cushions. They are definitely thicker than the OEMs. I did have an issue with the sensor making a whiny noise but a light cleaning of the sensor and the noise seems to have gone away. Make sure to recalibrate noise cancelling once you swap your cushions.

i live in singapore and mistakenly bought an xm-3 replacement ear pad from them when i needed an xm-4. i was really sad at first, and was quite resigned to spending another usd $50 of shipping to get another set delivered. however i was pleasantly surprised when wicked cushions customer service responded to my very first email to them, saying that they will ship me a replacement for free! thank you wicked cushions!
The cushions took some time to properly break in, but now, after approx. 10 days they really started to shine. They fit perfectly and they are a lot more comfortable than the original ones. At first, the ANC performed worse, but it gradually came back and now it's the same as before, if not a wee bit better. I have my XM4's for 3 years and 3 months now, so it really was time to change the cushions. Perfect choice – definitely recommended.

Do your products come in pairs?

Why is there no blue strip on the cooling gel earpads I received?
Our cooling gel earpads don’t physically have a blue strip. The blue strip shown in product pictures is just a visual representation of the cooling gel inside the earpads to help customers understand what’s inside.
Will replacing my stock ear pads with Wicked Cushions affect the sound quality of my headphones, especially in terms of bass or noise cancellation?
In some cases our earpads will cause a difference in noise cancellation or audio quality, however our customers have not expressed any concern over this generally. If you are unhappy with the change, please feel free to contact us.
