Amazing deal! I want more earpads for other headphones!
Andrew .
The foam is definitely a bit thinker and firmer than the original pads. I have a large head, so that increases the inward pressure slightly. Still very comfortable and high quality, just something to consider...

These are soooo comfortable. With my old, standard ear pads sometimes my ears would really hurt after wearing them for long stretches of time (I have a helix piercing in each ear), but since these are so thick I haven't had any pain.
Trevor F.
These cushions are so thick and comfortable! So much better than the stock ones that come with the headphones.
John L.
Quick to change out and larger pad fits over my ears perfectly. Much better comfort.
Katrina
Installation went pretty smoothly. The cushions are a good size and have actually improved the comfort of my headphones from before. They seem to be very durable.
John Z.
Good communication, easy install, very comfortable. Problem solved!

They look and feel better than the original’s

Let this serve as a heads-up for audiophiles. Just installed in my ATH-M50x's and it was an audible difference in audio quality. Definitely less bright and maybe a different stereo experience possibly(maybe due to thicker and firmer pads). Comfort wise they are great, but a little saddened by that fact that I wasn't able to get both comfort and the same audio quality as before. Good for just recording or casual listening use.

These are what I buy from Wicked Cushions for. Their replacement Earpads are comfortable, easy to install, and fun looking. I bought these for me Sennheiser HD280 pro and even though that specific model isn’t listed, they fit perfectly. I hope they last more than the manufacturers ones. I hate the way those things flake but only time will tell about these.

Très confortable, très facile à installer. Bon produit.

easy to replace my old ear pad
Matthew
Feels great. Looks great.

Solidly constructed with good material. WC puts all the other replacement ear cups to shame, including OEM ones.
I kind of wish they wouldn't engage in transactional social marketing junk, such as giving discounts people who including photos with a review. Buuuuut, the product is so good, I won't ding it a star (this time)

These are great! Soft and super comfortable.

Fast shipping and great communication. The pads fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The workmanship in the stitching and overall appearance is exceptional. Are they the least expensive? No. But I wasn't looking for the least expensive. I wanted a product that was made well and would last. These certainly met all of my expectations.

These pads are great! A big improvement over the factory pads. They fit my large head and ears well. There is a cooling sensation. These have increased my listening time with my headphones.
Kris L.
Prompt shipping and the product is great. Thanks!
Jack
Them sh*ts comfy as hell! They also noticeably block out more background noise than the original earpads.
Alex O.
Love the design! Quite easy to attatch, and very comfortable. The leather on AT earcups always wears away and irritates me, so these are an awesome alternative.
Patrick M.
Great fit. Easy to install. Very comfortable. Definite Upgrade.
Michal S.
Amazing replacement, way more comfortable than originals. I am very happy with the product and recommending to everybody. Thanks Wicked Cushions!
Corey M.
The replacements were easy to install and comfortable. I also like the look.

I got a pair to replace my worn out original cups and my fiance got jealous of how comfy they looked, so I had to get him a pair as well

Pads fit perfect for Arctis 7 Pro, and had much more room for my ears, no more of the uncomfortable feeling on my ears after some hours of using the headset.
The pads tend to get a little warm.
If I could give a suggestion, develop some pads with the texture of these:

Had these for my g35 5 years or so, and they didn't feel warm or uncomfortable.

I really love these cushions! They are 100 times better than the stock earpads! They fit really nice and snug on my ATH M30X.
jacob r.
more comfortable than the originals. Allows more bass to come through
Kevin D.
I love these ear pads! I wear my head phones for 50+ hours a week between work and mixing music. I wish I put the money into replacing my ear pads before I needed to. This is the best investment I have made in a long time.

Better than original!

I bought the ATH-M50 way back in 2014 and began using them at work when I started in 2017. Feeling that one of the ear pads sat uncomfortable on my left ear and that the faux leather had begun cracking I began the search for a new pair of ear pads. I wanted them to be slightly larger and more oval than the original ones so that my ears could fit comfortably inside the ear pads. I found these on Wicked Cushions that also came with a velour material combo that matches the material of the headset I have at home.
The packaging and instructions where professional and easy to understand. The ear pads fit comfortably now and the extra thickness of the pads makes them so much more comfortable than the original pads. The only downside to the new pads is that now the rest of the headphones look rather shabby, maybe they should start selling repair parts for the entire headphones instead of just the pads, so I can match the quality of the ear pads with the rest of the headphones.

These are extremely comfortable and a noticeable upgrade from the stock earpads. They help so much with fatigue and even isolate better to get a clearer sound.

They are perfect fit and comfortable!

PROS:
I'm genuinly surprised by the amazing comfort, the quality of the pads is excellent!
CONS:
But I'm also shocked by the sound-deformation! My ATH M50x headphones sound like garbage now (nearly no bass and way too much treble) - definitely not what I've expected. I assume that it has something to do with the extended distance between the ear and the membrane. The sound gets 'better' when I gently push the headphones against my head. The change of the earpads was easy and I double-checked the correct position - that is not the problem. I love the original sound of my headphones - that's why I bought them - but now it's the opposite of fun listening music with them.
CONCLUSION:
Before buying thicker pads: test your headphones with some extra material to determine, whether the distance betweens your ears and the membranes alter the sound to much.
Kind regards from Germany!

I am using these with Audio-Technica ATH-M50s. I got the Wicked cushions to replace a pair of very old, cracked original ear cups. I mostly got them to repair my headphones but am really pleased with how they’ve improved the sound quality.
I always found the sound of these headphones to be a little harsh. I think they’re supposed to be neutral. Anyways I’m surprised how much more I enjoy the way they sound with the Wicked cushions. I’ve heard that the wicked cushions improve the bass, but I wouldn’t say they sound boomy or anything, the sound is just overall more physical. I listen to a lot of baroque, early music and minimalism and I am really enjoying how you can “feel” the texture in recorded music with these ear pads.
Christine H.
I love my Audio Technica headphones and I love that I can replace the cushions with different colors and materials and keep on using my headphones daily!

These extremely comfortable ear pads made my M50Xs, which is a notoriously uncomfortable but great sounding headphone so much more comfortable, and made the long hours i spend in the studio a whole lot more comfortable. I have only one tiny detail that bugged me a little, and it's that they started to "leak" sound a bit when i replaced the originals with these. But i do believe that is a trade off that i surely can live with, when they provide so much comfort.
As you might be able to see from my picture, i have manufactured my own headband cushion from a black piece of fabric and some foam i cut out of a mattress.
This made them the M50Xs almost perfect as it comes to comfort.
Also, this could be a product for Wicked Cushions to think about launching in the future *HINT HINT*. But if you do, don't forget who gave you the idea, haha.
If i could make one more request, unrelated to the model or brand of which i have previously spoken, is that you start making cushions for the Beyerdynamics-series, and other more professional studio/monitoring headphones.
I believe that the key to success is providing a wide range of products for a wide range of brands, all the way from your every day street headphone to professional studio headphones.
To conclude: Absolutely great product. Would recommend anyone who owns or is thinking about buying a pair of Audio Technicas M-series headphones to buy these at once. You will not regret it.

I've had other ear replacement pads and they were just as soft. But what sets these apart is the thick foam layer that protects your ear from rubbing against the hard plastic from your headphones. Other brands caused my ears to bleed and scar up because the layer was so thin between the hard plastic and my ear.
John D.
Very comfortable. The added thickness helps with sound isolation and allows long listening sessions.
Javier S.
Soft and comfortable amazing product.
Michael S.
The fit is correct and allowing my studio cans to NOT feel like some unmovable attachment to my head. I simply don't feel them anymore!
Reuben L.
These cushions are very comfortable, and enclose my ears completely - unlike the stock ear pads. I can wear my ath-m50s for hours at a time without any discomfort now.
Nicholas B.
I've had these for a few months and I think they've really improved the comfort of my m50x's. The sound seems very similar to the original pads, though not as punchy. But I'm still choosing to use them over the original pads because it wasn't a particularly noticeable drop in audio quality.
Trevor W.
Faster delivery than expected to Ontario Canada. My earlobes damn near fell asleep when I slipped them on my fat head for the first time! My music feels comfier than ever before, and I can't hear my wife complaining anymore, life is GRAND!
I purchased these to replace the original ear cups after many treachours years of wear and tear on my ATH-M50's. These God damn Audio Technica headphones ended up costing me money because their stupid headphones sounded sick long after the original ear cups could hold the sound.
Lucky for me Wicked Cushions had my back!
Thanks, CUZ!
David T.
its really comfortable but i has to pay $10 shipping and when it came i had to pay an addtional $15 for handling so the total cost of this was like $50 thats why its not a 5 star i mean really $50 for 2 foam pads?

I bought these pads to replace my factory pads that came with my ATH-40X. The original factory pads gave me a headache after a half hour of listening, reducing my enjoyment of these incredible headphones. I did find however that these (Velour) Wicked Cushions while designed for the ATH-X series increase your high tones a bit which interferes with the bass register; and the pads don't hold as tightly to the headset as the factory pads did. I haven't had any trouble yet with the pads coming off, but they could easily do so if I'm not careful.
As far as enhancing the bass tones, I suggest for those buying these for their ATH-X's to make sure to take the extra loose damper layer that is in the original factory headphone, and add it in these pads. This will help reduce the piercing high ends and give it a bit more bass sound register like the original pads without muting subtle and distinct instrumental tones. Overall, these are very comfortable and I would rate these a 4.5 only for the two reasons listed above, if WC fixed those 2 things definitely a 5 star... these are a really good pad and I would recommend purchasing them if for no other reason than to get rid of the factory pads; obviously for greater reasons though mainly to be able to listen and enjoy the clean sounds of my music and audio books for longer periods of time with no headaches.
