Originally slightly disappointed as I either ordered incorrect ones or was incorrectly supplied wrong ones. However, the staff at wicked cushions responded very quickly and sorted the error out promptly at no further cost to myself. The staff at all times were courteous, efficient and eager to get things right. These are my second pair and I have nothing but complete satisfaction for Wicked Cushions and their products. Great product and great customer service. I hated how my headphones felt when I got sweaty, plus my original pads were getting a little beat up. Like other reviews noted, these are much thicker than the original pads so they don’t touch your ears (included pic for reference 🥰). Installation was super easy to follow with the video. These are comfy and feel more secure compared to the old ones. Highly recommend!

The original ear pads absorb sweat and dirt over time. I had previously purchased replacements from another company through Amazon but went back to the originals because they didn't breathe and were uncomfortable. These WC replacement ear cups stay cool, have a bit more padding, and are just as comfortable as the originals since they use a similar material for the surface that contacts your skin.

Extremely comfortable and very soft memory foam feels like it molds right to my ear it's so soft and cozy. Plus the snug soft fit makes sound even clearer it feels like I'm hearing the sounds closer. The padding is more than twice the thickness of the default pads that came with it and feel a lot better.

The fit is much better than the original earpads that come with the headphones. This might sound strange, but these are also really good for people with multiple piercings. I stopped wearing my headphones recently because it was irritating my piercings. The new earpads are so thicc that it no longer touches my ear.

The only downside to the blackshark v2 pros for me is that the standard cups are too shallow and rub the tips of my ears These new cups are absolutely amazing, they have plenty of space, so no more rubbing, they don't get excessively hot during long hours of gaming and I've found so far I don't get any slight headaces with these They are perfect for long gaming sessions Music quality has been improved by a long shot too! Well worth the upgrade in my opinion! Delivery was super fast to the UK. Ordered and delivered within 24 hours of purchase!

Do your products come in pairs?

All our earpads, sweat covers, magnet plates, earbuds hooks, earbuds tips, and shell covers come in pairs. Our headbands, controller skins, and mousepads come as a single unit.

Why is there no blue strip on the cooling gel earpads I received?

Our cooling gel earpads don’t physically have a blue strip. The blue strip shown in product pictures is just a visual representation of the cooling gel inside the earpads to help customers understand what’s inside.

Will replacing my stock ear pads with Wicked Cushions affect the sound quality of my headphones, especially in terms of bass or noise cancellation?

In some cases our earpads will cause a difference in noise cancellation or audio quality, however our customers have not expressed any concern over this generally. If you are unhappy with the change, please feel free to contact us.
