Haven't used these but i want to share my experience with customer support: i had ordered these cushions for my 2nd headset but took the wrong type: despite my immediate mail to support right after my order, the cushions were shipped but Lauren from support sent me the correct ones right away and i didn't even have to pay them or return the wrongly ordered ones as that would be too expensive for me! THAT's what i call customer comes first!!! A big thank you for the quick support and commercial gesture!

Noticed that pieces/particles from my ear cushion from Steelseries (the one it came with when bought) were appearing around my ears after using the headset. It was time to replace it. I went to Steelseries' website and it wasn't cheap. I remember a long time ago seeing that alternatives. Google'd and found Wicked and remembered that Wicked was what I saw a long time ago. Purchased for the first time, got a text from the owner, I replied to the text not expecting a reply and he did reply lol, then soon received the order. The video guide to remove the old cushion and install the new one is perfect. It was easy and took less than 5 minutes. They're actually comfortable! Will definitely buy again. Definitely would recommend

When I got new eyeglasses, the ear pads on my Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless headset were causing me pain, so I hoped getting some improved ear pads from Wicked Cushions would help. And it did! I love these ear pads. They don't press down on the ear pieces for my glasses and the "cooling gel" design actually does feel cooler. Plus, I initially ordered the wrong ear pads at first (totally my mistake) and Wicked Cushions refunded me before they even received the ear pads back. Excellent service and an excellent product. I couldn't be happier.

Great item, threw me off with the image showing a blue patch but realise its to signify its the cooling type. Accidentally ordered two pairs but I'm not mad as they're so comfy. My ears are slightly larger and have piercings, so the standard nova pro ones weren't quite big enough. These are great and I'm very happy with them.

Steel series nova pro wireless , Fast shipping, they added some space so my ears fit alot better, before they where pushing up against the speaker. added these and it sloved that problem oh they feel amazing, they are well made , improved the audio as well . I am getting the wide headband next and the color matching plates , and I need to do the same for my tr40s .. amazing product!! Will continue buying products from them

Do your products come in pairs?

All our earpads, sweat covers, magnet plates, earbuds hooks, earbuds tips, and shell covers come in pairs. Our headbands, controller skins, and mousepads come as a single unit.

Why is there no blue strip on the cooling gel earpads I received?

Our cooling gel earpads don’t physically have a blue strip. The blue strip shown in product pictures is just a visual representation of the cooling gel inside the earpads to help customers understand what’s inside.

Will replacing my stock ear pads with Wicked Cushions affect the sound quality of my headphones, especially in terms of bass or noise cancellation?

In some cases our earpads will cause a difference in noise cancellation or audio quality, however our customers have not expressed any concern over this generally. If you are unhappy with the change, please feel free to contact us.
