Great replacement for my old and crusty ATH M50X ear pads. Those ones are a tad bigger and better for comfort in my opinion. Quality seems good, only time will tell now!

I've had my Audio-Technica headphones for years, and I love them. After all this time, they still work great and the thought of having to replace them just because the ear pads were tatty annoyed me. Thankfully, I don't have to! These ear pads are awesome. They went on relatively easily. It wasn't the installation breeze shown in the video, but the video definitely helped, and I got the job done. The pads look nice and are comfortable, more comfortable than the originals, even. Honestly, I really couldn't be happier. (The best part? I don't have black vinyl pieces stuck to the side of my face anymore from my old, icky ear pads...) Thanks so much. I'm so glad I found my Wicked Cushions!
Quite straightforward to install, don't even need to view the video. The old one pulls off and the new one goes on the same way as the old one.
Way more comfortable than the original ones that are stock with the headphones. Also, the headphones sound better too. Happy my old pads were peeling. I decided to upgrade, and couldn't be happier. The owner even reached out via text with a thank you, etc. So that was really what sets them apart from basic Amazon cheapies with poor customer service. Anyway. Stoked. They look like new headphones again.

New pads were relatively simple to put on after taking the old ones off. They provide ample cushioning and sound isolation. The PU leather feels great and seems sturdy enough that it won't flake.

These are direct improvement on my factory original audio-technia ear pieces. I’ve owned a couple and thrown away whole headphones because the pads were so destroyed before I knew about this product. They fit right, the first time, and I received a text from the owner to see if I had any issues. I literally have nothing to say negative, which is pretty rare today dealing with most online retailers.
These pads are very comfortable and a bit wider than the original pads so your ears shouldn’t be touching it. They add some space between your ear and the drivers too all while maintaining the original sound of the headphones. Above all, I love the styles! 90s white on the white M50Xs look awesome!

Why is there no blue strip on the cooling gel earpads I received?
Our cooling gel earpads don’t physically have a blue strip. The blue strip shown in product pictures is just a visual representation of the cooling gel inside the earpads to help customers understand what’s inside.
Will replacing my stock ear pads with Wicked Cushions affect the sound quality of my headphones, especially in terms of bass or noise cancellation?
In some cases our earpads will cause a difference in noise cancellation or audio quality, however our customers have not expressed any concern over this generally. If you are unhappy with the change, please feel free to contact us.
