Returns and Refunds - The Wicked Way

At Wicked Cushions we believe every customer has the right to LOVE their new Earpads, so we offer an industry leading 365 day Guarantee.

See below for our full return and refund policy:

• If there is any damage to your pads, we will replace them for free, no need to even return the product.
• If the wrong product is purchased by mistake, we will exchange for the correct product, or refund the Order(if returned), however the return shipping will need to be paid by the customer.
• If the wrong item was shipped and it was our mistake, we will pay for the return shipping, and reship the correct item immediately.

For any issues caused by installation mistakes:

• If within the US, we will ship the necessary products/replacement parts for free.
• For international customers, we request to have shipping paid by the customer, however the replacement parts will be free of charge.

Refund Policy:

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will offer a full refund within 365 days of purchase.
• For refunds please contact us at CS@wickedcushions.com and include your order details.
