We love Bose's QC 35 noise-cancelling wireless headphones
We have all had days where we wish we could tune out from the hustle-and-bustle of everyday noise and tune in to our own little audio world. Bose has made this not just possible, but affordable. At wicked cushions, we tune out best with music. For that, you want the Bose QC35. You can try them on at any local Target, Walmart, Best Buy and many other retail stores.

Once you go wireless you can't go back

Bose's noise-cancelling technology... and no wires? 20 hour battery life? Is there really such thing?! Charging is easy: The QC35 comes with a micro-USB cable that easily plugs into the wall or your computer, after that the lithium-ion batteries do their magic. You can also use the headphones with the cord if your battery dies — but with that 20 hour battery we doubt this will be needed!
Again... Bose's 20 hour battery life is no joke.
If you've never owned wireless headphones, we find it difficult to put into words just how amazing it is to cut the cord. No longer do you need to worry about tangles or torn cords, No worrying you're going to pull your laptop off the table or that your phone will fall off during a workout. . In other words: It's a glorious experience, and one well-worth paying an extra $50 to obtain.

Just like the name, comfortable

So here is the deal, we understand the sound trade-offs when you go from wired to wireless headphones, that is just a given. With that said, unless you are an audio engineer or have a unique appreciation for sound quality, you will not be able to tell the difference when it comes to the Bose QC35's playback. Of course, what increases the sound quality from "pretty good" to "outstanding" is the noise cancellation feature. We've listened to many a pair of noise-cancelling headphones, and none but Bose have ever impressed us; the QC35 is just as good on that front as its predecessors. You can connect the QC35 to many  Bluetooth or NFC devices, and the headphones will begin to automatically play music from the nearest device that you paired them with. If you are the type to switch devices many times (for example: from your cell phone to your laptop and even your desktop station), Bose even has an app for the QC35 that lets you manually switch to the right device; this app is also used for updating the software on the headphones, this is a very handy and accessible feature.

A noise canceling cloud with excellent sound

Most closed-ear headphones tend to squeeze your head around the two-hour mark, and soon after, your head is going to have enough. The QC35 doesn’t do that at all, they easily rest on your head and you wont have to worry about the joints pulling your hair from your skin.

So what's the takeaway?

The QC35s can be worn almost everywhere, on planes, the bus, to and even to drown out animal noises, and small children. (Fun tip: The noise cancelling mic technology will always attempt to drown out the loud bass, leaving closer, higher-pitched noises — this is meant to mimic human voices and attempt to make you feel a part of the musical experience. If you have the budget to go wireless and noise-cancelling, there's few picks worth considering!
