If you're like me, you love your AirPods. They're small, convenient, and they sound great. But there's one big downside to them: they have a tendency to fall out of your ears when you're working out.
There are a few different reasons why this may happen, but luckily there are also a few different solutions.
1) One solution is to use ear hooks designed specifically for AirPods. These hooks fit over the top of your AirPods and help keep them in place.
2) Another solution is to make sure that the tips of your AirPods are clean and free of debris. This will help create a tighter seal and prevent them from falling out. Lastly, if you have AirPods that don't fit snugly in your ears, try using different-sized ear tips or changing the way you wear them.
With a little trial & error + some help from Wicked Cushions, we will get you to the promise land (being that the promise land is a place where AirPods never fall out of your ears of course…)
Why is this happening in the first place?
There are a few different reasons why this happens. First, the AirPods are designed to fit snugly in your ear, but that also means that they can easily slip out if you're sweating or if you move your head too much. Second, the AirPods are very lightweight, so they can be dislodged by even a small amount of movement.
The good news is that there are a few things you can do to prevent your AirPods from falling.
The easiest:
Replacing your silicone tips with memory foam tips. These tips will create a seal in your ear that will keep the AirPod in place, even if you're sweating.
If you don't want to replace your tips, you can try one of the many AirPod earhooks that are available on the market.
These hooks wrap around the outside of your ear and help keep the AirPod in place.
There are a few different brands to choose from, so make sure to find one that's comfortable for you.
in my opinion, ear hooks are the way to go, and while I am trying to write this to you being unbiased, I have never made a product at Wicked Cushions that I do not use myself.
