If you're like me, then you love listening to music when you work out. I'm always looking for ways to make my workouts more enjoyable, and using ear hooks with my AirPods has definitely done the trick! Here are 2 reasons why you should use airpod ear hooks when working out:
1) Ear hooks keep the AirPods in your ears more securely, which is especially important when you're working out.
The ear hooks help to keep the AirPods from falling out of your ears, which can be a big problem when you're moving around and sweating.
2) Using ear hooks with your AirPods also helps to improve sound quality.
Since the ear hooks hold the AirPods in place, they won't move around as much and you'll be able to hear your music more clearly.
Ear hooks make it easier to use your AirPods for phone calls.
If you need to take a call while you're working out, the ear hooks will help keep the AirPods in place so that you can talk without having to worry about them falling out.
So if you're looking for a way to make your workouts more enjoyable, I highly recommend using airpod ear hooks! They'll help keep the airpods in place and improve sound quality, which is a win-win in my book. :)
Now, you are probably asking yourself, which Ear Hooks are best for me? there are literally TONS of options on amazon.com which we can break down into 2 different kinds:
1) Over-ear hooks
2) In-ear hooks (aka "fins”)
Over-ear hooks VS In-ear Hooks (fins)
The over-ear hooks are designed to go over your ears and fit snugly, while the in-ear hooks (fins) are designed to fit by pressing against your Anthelix. Both types of Ear Hooks work well at keeping the AirPods in your ear, but I personally prefer the Over-Ear ones because they keep the AirPods in my ears more securely & WITHOUT pain.
While the "Fins" are a more compact & clean design, I find them extremely hard to apply & remove from my AirPods, which has caused me to tear several pairs in the past. Not to mention, a lot of people have experienced pain with the fins since the way they keep the AirPods in place is by pressing into the top of your ear which creates some irritation after 30-40 minutes.
If you're someone who likes to work out intensely for an hour or more, then I suggest going with the OVER-EAR Ear Hooks which have never given me any pain or discomfort.
Now, you are probably asking, "Which type of over-hooks are best??"
There are a TON of different types and brands out there, but I have to be biased for a second and talk about our own version, WC HookZ.
WC HookZ are designed to fit the AirPods like a glove and come in beautiful colors and designs. They also have a special cutout to accommodate for the button on the AirPods Pro & AirPods 3.
The best part about WC HookZ? They will not push your AirPods out of your ear as other hooks do.
I have tried so many different brands and types of ear hooks and the one thing that always happens is the AirPods stick out of my ear because the hook keeps pushing it away.
Which is no Bueno for the noise cancellation on my AirPods Pro.
WC HookZ has solved this problem by being angled the right way so it does not end up pushing the AirPods out of your ear as other hooks do.
Using a soft silicone material that does not hurt your ears yet is sturdy enough to do the job.
With Plenty more designs and colors to come, I am happy to present to you our WC HookZ- The Ultimate AirPods Earhook
