Honestly, quite dissatisfied.
I installed these replacement pads on my Sennheiser HD569's. The product quality is magnificent and they are extremely comfortable. However, the pads really change the sound of the headphones for the worse.
For one, they completely isolate external sound to the point where it sort of sounds like you're underwater while nothing is playing through them. This isn't really an issue except for when you DO play audio the sound is warped. If you are sitting still, then there is noticeably a higher amount of bass than with the OEM pads due to the far more significant noise isolation created by these pads.
The biggest problem comes when you move your head. The slightest of head movements causes the low end to phase quite significantly. I'm assuming this is due to changes in the isolation I mentioned initially where a tiny gap in the cushion is formed during movement which warps the bass to where it is completely uneven. This is especially bad if you wear glasses.
This honestly makes it impossible to listen to music and especially difficult to produce any music with them.

Ordered for the PC37x headset I have as I wanted cushions that I could swap to stay clean. These are so much better than the originals with the amount of cushion for comfort.
Do yourself a favour and buy these ( I bought 2 pairs ).

These feel pretty stiff compared to the original Sennheiser pads. I do not think that is a knock on wicked cushions I think that is a testament to Sennheiser. I do think these will soften up over time and the stiffness will mean they are more durable which I am definitely a fan of. I will update this review a year from now with my final thoughts.

Added a different of experience listening to my headphones, but my ears are still kind of warm after long computer hours.

Turns audio quality to trash. Would rather have 2 year old stock cushions. Wouldnt buy again.

Very comfy and definitely help keep my head cooler while gaming.

Easy install and good fit on my Drop 38X and Sennheiser PC363D.
Good quality materials, but the cooling effect wore off pretty fast.
And the pleather inside rim just adds to the sweatiness on hot days.
I'm probably going back to the original pads since they are not yet worn out.

Great quality earpads for a pc37x headset. It hasn't been warm enough here to really feel the difference on the cooling pads so no comment on that.
Only real downside I found is that these pads change the sound stage somewhat. With the original design you could have an audio file of someone dropping stuff 2 meters behind you and you weren't always sure that this was just audio or happening in real life. With these I don't have that dilemma, and honestly, I kind of miss that.

When I use this on my Sennheiser Game Zero, and have the headband adjusted properly, the earpads don't seal around the ear, and as such the headset loses much of its bass response. Comparing the shape to the original earpads, the original earpads are thicker at the bottom compared to the top of the earpads, where as the Wicked Cushions earpads are the same thickness from top to bottom.

This is the second set of replacement ear cushions for these headphones that I've purchased. The first time, I made the mistake of cheaping out and getting a generic replacement set from Amazon which lasted maybe a year before they started to deteriorate.
On the suggestion of a friend, I bought these as they were not that much more expensive and I'm already very satisfied with them. The cooling gel inside, having spent all day in my frigid mailbox, feels amazing on the sides of my head, and the padding is much better than the stock cushions and the replacement ones I had purchased prior.
To anyone hesitating - if you are on the fence, do it. They're easily the highest quality cushions I've used to date and are definitely worth the price.

The pads are to thick on a Sennheiser HD 560S.
Therefore the pads dont seal all the way around - leaves a gap on the bottomside, as the headset cant swivel.
And the pads seal the sound and makes the headset feel more like a closedback headsett - which is not prefered imo.

Just plain amazing! i love my replacement pads as they are actually better than Sennheiser's original ones! The cool feel when you have them on for longer times is just amazing. Can not recommend any other pads tbh.

I replaced my Sennheiser HD 560S earpads but they feel noticeable more unconfortable than the original.
I'll keep using the WCushions until I get bothered enought to buy an original replacement.
Samuel
Easy to install, feels good on the head. It also improved my audio because my stock earpads were falling apart.
Probably won't improve your audio unless the earpads you are using are also falling apart.

Immediately noticed a difference in how cool they fell and they look sick. 10/10 will buy again

i saw the ad on WAN show and ordered it for my headphones and they feel great

I have a old HD598 and a newer Sennheiser HD599 which sound identical, so i can compare how the new vs the original cups sound.
The new cups keep in more of the sound of the speakers, probably because the original cups are very breathable by comparison.
As a result it sounds bass heavy and sharper/higher pitched sounds are lower volume by comparing to how it sounded before.
Wish you had a 'open ear' version of the earpads so it wouldn't change the sound so much.

The pad firmness is different than the OEM pads. while I love the firmness it also changes the clamp on your head and ears ultimately making the headset feel a bit more loose than before. That being say it isn't a huge issue for me. They do also add some weight to the headset put not a huge amount. The pads are nice and cool, easy to clean, and are insanely easy to install. Overall a very good product with little draw backs especially if your stock earpads are shot.

They are super comfortable, however... My headset sounds like total trash now.
If I compress the wicked pads about 1/8" they sound fine. I will have to wait until they wear in to complete my review. Just my initial impression after 5 days.
I am comforted by the 365 return policy or they would be getting returned.

I ordered these to replace the pads on a pair of HD 559 headphones, and they are great! They were easy to install, have been really comfortable for extended periods of time, and I can't think of any complaints so far. Really glad to give some new life to the headphones I use every day.

Saw these on The WAN show and since my Game One's earpads were very old I decided to give these a try.
Installation was super easy and I love the look of the '90s style!
They are a little bit thicker than the original pads. My head is pretty big so I was worried the added thickness would make the headset feel too tight. Luckily that worry was unfounded and the headset feels great with them on.
I have two very minor issues.
First, I wish the gel was just a little bit softer. But I like really soft earpads. For most people that won't be an issue.
Second, because I live in WI the gel was hard frozen when they arrived from being outside. I had to let them thaw before using them. Obviously this could not be helped. I only mention it so others might know to expect it.
All in all, great product. Will order another pair for my wife soon!

Super comfy, really good quality !
My old sennheiser cushions were badly used, thanks to wicked cushions, my HD558 is like brand new !
Zachory E.
They came in a cool little bag, exactly as described. The installation was easy and even has a QR code for a video how to on the specific type I bought if you're hesitant on doing it yourself. The material feels really nice and it does a good job keeping my ears comfortable and not so warm. They are a bit heavier than the regular pads so keep that in mind if you want to avoid extra weight on your headphones.
Totally a worthwhile purchase if you're looking for a change in earpads!
ZANE C.
over all not bad. i have the pc37x and i found that it give's the bass a bit more of a boomie/muddy sound(not in a good way), i find that if i push the headpones closer to my ear it go's away. id be nice if they had a slightly theiner one.
David
Works great with my Sennheiser HD 380 pro. Sounds much better than random replacement pads.
Andrew L.
Very high quality. Very good replacements!
The sound is much better than the random replacements from Amazon. Comfortable and easy to install.
Jakob R.
Earpads too thick up top, pinch head and dont close and seal properly. Swem awesome quality which is a shame, the original sennheiser game zeros are way better
Dustin
So far they’re pretty damn comfy. I bought them for my Sennheiser PC 37X headset. The stock ear pads on them are good if you don’t wear glasses, but after an hour they would give me a headache from the clamping pressure. WC pads are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better if you do wear them. I can’t comment on the longevity of them, but the comfort is pretty damn good.
Justin B.
Absolute quality. 100% would purchase again
Bruce S.
They are great! The installation video made it so easy to remove the old pads and to install the new extremely comfortable pads.
John
Legitimately the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned now.
Masom H.
Super comfortable, cool to the touch when you first put them on, and stays relatively comfortable for hours at a time.
Kyle L.
I bought these to replace the old stock pads on my pc37x headset. Initial impressions were great: they definitely feel cool to the touch and I think they even improved how the bass sounds on the headset. Unfortunately due to physics, they can't stay cool for long. My apartment is 80-85F in the summer and these pads just don't have the same breathability as the stock ones, so they cause my ears to sweat after half an hour of wear.
I would suggest making a version that has more perforations for breathability.
John
Made the best headphones I use even better.
Isaac
They are very comfortable and although they did slightly change the way my headphones sounded in a way I didn’t like, I got used to it quickly so it’s ok.
Juan M.
Happy purchase! Totally recommend them for anyone looking for a replacement for their headphones. Truly impressed.

If you've ever wanted to replace the earpads on Sennheiser headphones, you've encountered the dreaded "Sennheiser ring". It's the system they've been using to snap the ear pads in place. I've bought 2 replacements from 2 different companies, and none of them came with the ring, which forced me to reusue the stock one and manually fit the ear pads on the ring, which usually implies cutting the pad to fit. I was very suprised to see the Wicked Cushions pads come with the ring already installed, which makes the install 1000x easier.
Also, these pads are a lot closer to the stock ones in terms of Frequency Response. The headphones are specifically tuned for the stock ear pads, and any other pads will have a drastic impact on the sound profile. Although it's not perfect, I'm happy to say that these pads have a somewhat minimal impact on the frequency response.
