  • My husband loves music, especially old school music that’s played on classic materials like vinyl. That’s really cool that you say that it can release norepinephrine that helps you feel more excited and happy. One of the things he likes to listen to is any jukebox that he can find. I’ll have to get him one for his birthday so that he can listen to more music. http://www.greatselectionsny.com/services

  • Hey Tomas thank you for reading our post .
In my opinion you should definitely encourage your children to get into music .
I have also noticed recently that while working i have a certain " deep focus " playlist on spotify that really helps me to get into the flow and ignore distractions .

  • My wife and I love to listen to music. We are trying to determine if music is something we should encourage our children to get into and what the benefits would be. I didn’t realize listening to music decreases stress through effecting hormones in positive ways. I’ll be sure to let my wife know about this benefit.
