Wenn deine Polster beschädigt sind, ersetzen wir sie kostenlos, ohne dass du das Produkt zurückschicken musst.
Wenn versehentlich das falsche Produkt gekauft wurde, tauschen wir es gegen das richtige Produkt um oder erstatten die Bestellung (wenn sie zurückgesendet wird). Die Rücksendekosten müssen jedoch vom Kunden getragen werden.
Wenn der falsche Artikel versendet wurde und es unser Fehler war, übernehmen wir die Rücksendekosten und senden den richtigen Artikel sofort erneut.
Bei Problemen durch Installationsfehler:
Innerhalb der USA senden wir die benötigten Produkte/Ersatzteile kostenlos.

I like these.
More space for ears and they dont sweat as much.
I get sound leak behind my right ear because they dont fit as good as the og. Maybe its the thickness and material that makes it...?
So i need to adjust the headset to find a spot that they are better against the head.
One thing i wanna say about the package, please tape the zipper or put the bag in those universal shipping bags.
Anyone can now open the bag and steal the items...
These look even better in person. I thought I was going to have to replace my headphones after my puppies got out and destroyed mine. I just got mine today but everything seems to be good quality, the ear cuffs are comfortable and seem to be much better than the originals. literally saved me $300.
Just awesome I wish I got it sooner. YouTube helped with the decision I made and I don't regret it. Just awesome everything. For anyone who want to buy it do it. For this price it's worth every penny
Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Upgrade Kit ! Durch die Größe der kühlenden Ohrpolster habe ich sogar auch besser Klang mit meinem Headset. Das sehr viel breitere Kopfband ist anfangs undgewohnt,bringt aber tatsächlich viel besseren Halt und Tragekomfort ! Ich trage mein Headset bis zu 10 Stunde und bin absolut zufrieden und liebe das Upgrade Kit! Danke 😁
The original cushions were peeling off and started to look ugly, the. A saw an ad on IG and went straight to the website and bought em and a wasn’t disappointed at all the cushions look so awesome I like my headset even more
Absolutely amazing stuff, zero complaints about anything. I had a little trouble getting the cushions on but genuinely my fault. Everything else was very easy. The cushions are a little bigger so they actually cover my ear. Love it and highly recommended.
The cushions are so much better than the stock cushions, my ears aren't suffocating anymore! and the headband is very comfortable. I love the matching look of all pieces!
ok so, I have sensory processing disorder, meaning I have intense hearing and things can be overwhelming at times. I used my headset for noise cancelling but it sometimes never worked, this made it even more noise cancelling! it's so comfy and now I can sleep with it on without issue. if I get tired of the colors I am definitely buying more, thank you!
This is the 2nd product I've bought from wicked, first set was the black 90s retro pads for my skull candy crusher evos and they've braved the gym for 4 1/2 years now and are still are just as cushioned as when I got them. I just bought this pair for my Arctis Gaming headset and boy do they already feel 100x better. My ear is no longer being stabbed by the stupid speaker component we all hate. The extra wide band is so much better than the danty little stock one. Will also help with the dreaded headphone dent! I already know how they will perform while I game but if my opinion changes, I will come back with an update. After using my other pair at the gym for 4+ years, I think its safe to assume these will be great for gaming. Great company and amazing products. 100% recommend buying literally anything from them. And to the other review talking about how the stock one sit more flush than these...well, they were designed with the thin uncomfy pads so of course they wont sit flush these are like 3x as padded than the originals. I bought them because of that!

Well, I have a really big head and with it come two really big ears which really stick out and I don't have jug ears.
With the Arctis Nova Elite original cushions my ears touched the membrane(?) and the inner sides of the cushions. With the WC cushions, no problem at all! And the headband is a game changer, too!
I love the design and the build quality. My headphones look brand new again — maybe even better :) As a bonus, I also got improved noise isolation from the surroundings.
I have used wicked cushions for years. It’s the go to place for my headphones. When you purchase the originals they can be uncomfortable. Wicked cushions provide a better comfort. They just know.
They’re not bad, well constructed, easy to install. Installed in 5 minutes easy. I just feel like the ear cups don’t sit as flush as the stock ones. I feel like there is more of an air gap but I do like the camo magnetic plates and the head band.

Warum haben die Cooling-Gel-Ohrpolster, die ich erhalten habe, keinen blauen Streifen?
Unsere Cooling-Gel-Ohrpolster haben physisch keinen blauen Streifen. Der blaue Streifen auf den Produktbildern ist nur eine visuelle Darstellung des Kühlgels im Inneren der Ohrpolster, damit Kunden besser verstehen, was drinsteckt.
Beeinflusst der Austausch meiner Original-Ohrpolster gegen Wicked Cushions die Klangqualität meiner Kopfhörer, besonders bei Bass oder Geräuschunterdrückung?
In manchen Fällen können unsere Ohrpolster die Geräuschunterdrückung oder Audioqualität verändern. Im Allgemeinen haben unsere Kunden darüber aber keine Bedenken geäußert. Wenn du mit der Veränderung unzufrieden bist, kontaktiere uns gern.
