The product itself is extremely comfortable, as promised, so as expected. Not a word of a lie in that regard. To me, what truly stood out, however, is the service.
Initially my order was lost in limbo. After going the extra mile to see what could have happened, and where my order could be, I was given a potential lead by customer service. This, all the while assuring me they "had my back no matter what", which is very comforting indeed.
I ultimately tracked down my parcel, much to the relief of both me and the team, but I was charged additional costs because I ordered from outside the US. Mentioning this as a mere point of feedback -- as this didn't come up whilst placing my order -- they even met me halfway with a partial refund for those costs.
Truly above and beyond, this team is as great as the cups currently on my ears.
10/10, would order again.
