A more solid foam the original but they do wick the cold but the earcups are slightly larger than the original so have to remove them so that the headphones sit in the charging dock properly.

I bought 2 sets of these, 1 set for astro a50 and 1 set for LG G pro X wireless, the ones for the astro are flawless, fit perfectly and feel amazing. The ones for the LG are a more universal fit and can be a little difficult to install however once installed they fit well and don't disappoint on fit or comfort.

Cooling gel actually cools and I feel like they are way firmer than the stock cushions in a good way. Didn't realize how much audio leakage the old ones had until I swapped out for these. Great upgrade to my 3 yr old A50S

The cushions fit the headset perfectly, and they keep my ears nice and cool. However, the audio leakage is far worse than the original cushions. Obviously with them being more breathable I expected this, but it is a lot worse than anticipated.

They are very comfortable and feel great. The only thing that's a bit odd is it seems to create more of a "seashell" effect. It might be just the breathable material letting in more sound from my fans/air purifiers, but I hear a lot more of an ambient "whoosh" sound while using these.

They only stay cool for about 15 minutes then body heat takes over. They are extremely hard and give a headache on the bone behind the ear.

i had to return my Astro A50s bc it wouldn't update and the top of the headband kept Poppin off so now im stuck with an Astro A50 WC and a new SteelSeries headset

The cushions for the Astro A50 Gen 4s are very comfortable, and the cooling gel works if your room is cool, but they let a lot of sound in, and it sounds very different compared to the mod kit.

These are amazing quality and fit great, but they do effect the noise a lot and in my opinion make it sound worst compared to the original Astro ear cushions, but I’m sure you could adjust the EQ settings to accommodate for the material that these are made with compared to the originals. Other than that they’re great and the customer service is great as well! Thumbs up from me!!

This company is amazing!! I had a hiccup when I placed me order and when I received my confirmation email it showed a different color than what I thought I had ordered. When I placed my order I received a text from the owner thanking me for placing the order and to reach out if I needed anything to reach out. Well when the hiccup occurred that’s exactly what I did. The owner Or responded and helped me figure out what happened and then said that they had already sent me out the incorrect color but they would send the correct color out! I told him as soon as I received the wrong color I would send it back but he was so gracious and said to just keep them and let him know how I liked them. They are actually a gift for my boyfriend. I ordered them to be a Christmas present for him, but now that I have two pairs I am planning on giving him one color for his birthday Dec. 11th and the other color for Christmas!
