They are very comfy, however don’t buy the ones with cooling gel. The cooling gel doesn’t seem to make a difference the earmuffs still get hot. Doesn’t seem worth the price difference

Love these! I was hesitant at first but with the stock earpads feeling super warm after barely 2 hours of using them. With these new ones? Let Me Tell You why these are such a good purchase!
1st, they are thicker than the stock earpads, and a whole lot more comfortable.
2nd, I plaid last night for roughly 5 hours, and did I feel my ears and the earpads super warm? Not at all! They actually kept pretty good to be fair, and again. Super comfortable earpads.
I want to also point out the customer service. Had a little hiccup with tracking the order to which I reached out, and in no less than 8 hours of having reached, maybe even sooner(I had to go to sleep) I had already gotten a resolution to the hiccup.
So, good product, feels super nice to the point I wanna keep them on. And customer service was awesome. So yes this gets 5 stars from me.

Definitely an upgrade from the stock cushions. The most notable of which are that my ears get less hot after 2-4 hrs, and my ears no longer touch the driver.

My new Wicked Cushions received & installed without issue. I love the new cushions. My headset now fits my head better than it did brand new. My friend turned me onto this corsair headset a year or so ago because he had them. Funny enough his oem cushions lasted about as long as mine did. He was in the market for a new headset when I told him my oem cushions were falling apart. Upon receiving and installing them I immediately recommended your product to him. A 30$ fix for a 200$+ headset is a no brainer and the form and fit is an improvement to the original product. Thank you for a wonderful online experience and a great product.

Very comfortable and much better than the stock earpads to be honest. Giving 5/5 only wish they had a little more noise surpression, but that may not be possible with this type of material! Will buy again when there are more colors.

No complaints here. I've purchased hybrids before for a pair of M50X and was impressed by how they were actually cooling compared to the stock pads and it's the same story here.
I would have one suggestion, although it's of no fault to WC. For those of us Americans who are larger than the average male bear, I have the size adjustment maxed out. The extra thickness of the pads is the greatest thing since the stock pads are so shallow. And I'm sure your designers came across this, but at max adjustment the bottoms of the pads flare outwards . I think a good idea would be to sacrifice a small amount of padding at the top of the pad to compensate for the flare out at max size. Again, it's not wickeds fault, but Corsairs because I can't extend the size just a TAD more.
Materials are great, no complaints there. Instructions were helpful in installation bc I had initially done it upside down. Still though, the pros SIGNIFICANTLY outweigh the small con that is of no fault to you guys. I've already recommended them to friends with Virtuosos.

The product is quite good, but the nice seeming approachable customer service is fake.
When I actually wrote an email to ask if two orders can be merged into one shipment, they never ever responded.
"If you have any questions, just reply to this email..." forget that, they wont.
